Shipping policy

At Heat Archive Co., we are committed to processing and shipping orders efficiently and transparently.

1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. Once an order is placed, the selected shipping method cannot be changed.

2. Processing & Handling Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• The large majority of orders ship within 2 business days, though this is not guaranteed.

3. Pre-Order Items

If an item is explicitly listed as a pre-order:

• The item will ship within 5 business days of being received by Heat Archive Co.
• Any estimated timelines provided for pre-orders are approximate and subject to change.

4. Business Days Definition

“Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

5. Shipping Delays

Heat Archive Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Events outside of our control

6. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Heat Archive Co. is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Heat Archive Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
